TTM Finishes was asked to evaluate the possibility of polishing Fuel Advertising’s 1300 square foot photo studio floor. We inspected the floor and found metal shake in the concrete. We determined that the best method was to remove the metal topping and to grind and polish the underlying aggregate.
We removed the top 1/8-1/4″ of the concrete containing the metal shake with our concrete shaver and ground the surface to expose the underlying aggregate. We then ground and polished the concrete floor to an 800 grit polish and burnished with our propane burnisher and LSGuard®.
Fuel Advertising was thrilled with the finished product and we are proud of the concrete floor polishing results.
