Employees and clients of Vincent Associates Inc. are enjoying a renewed Toronto office space thanks in part to TTM Finishes Inc. TTM painted the entire office area and sandblasted sections of old brick walls that over the years had accumulated multiple coats of paint buildup and suffered from some graffiti damage. After TTM sandblasted the first section, the client was so pleased with the look that they asked TTM to sandblast other walls as well.
TTM Finishes also did all of the concrete polishing on site. The concrete floor, which was 40-50 years old, was ground and brought up to an 800 grit level polish by TTM’s staff.
“Some sections of the floor were more difficult than others because they had areas with old staining that we had to deal with and there was also a section which was created from two separate slabs which needed to be taken down in order to allow the General Contractor to put in a glass wall. We had to lower this section by 1.5″-2″ over a 30′ long section. The shaving was done perfectly and the floor was ground and polished. It turned out great; you can’t even tell the difference from the rest of the floor,” said Marco Chiesa, General Manager, TTM Finishes Inc.
Vincent Associates was very pleased with the look of its newly painted office space and was impressed by the finished look of the polished floors. All the work carried out by TTM came in on time and on budget for the General Contractor.
