TTM Resurrects 120-year-old Concrete Floor for Medical Offices at Faema Building on DuPont

TTM FINISHES INC. resurrected a 120-year-old concrete floor that in a building which was originally the first Ford car manufacturing plant in Canada and is to be used for Medical offices. The offices are in what we now call the Faema building on Dupont at Christie.
The concrete had numerous layers of coatings overlays and several layers of  adhesives that had to be remove in order to expose the original concrete below. We spent alot of time repairing the original concrete floor before we began with the epoxy process and applied 3 coats of clear epoxy from Zeraus. The floor looks came out great and looks beautiful and glassy smooth.
