Patios for Patriots, a new nonprofit company in Dalton, Ohio, started by Jason Geiser of Deco-Crete Supply and his partner Todd Hershberger, gives back to deserving military veterans in a unique but impactful way — by surprising them with a complete backyard makeover. Manned by a small army of volunteers, the organization goes beyond the call of duty by giving veterans and their families not only a new decorative concrete patio, but also new landscaping, sidewalks, exterior lighting, and other amenities that transform their yards into comfortable gathering places.
